Privacy Policy

Branches is developed by Rejoice. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. The short version: this website has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics, and we only receive personal information from you when you choose to email us.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to read your message, reply to you, and continue the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in its server logs. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website: a hosting provider to serve the pages, Google Fonts for typefaces, which means font files load from Google's servers when you visit, and an email provider to receive and answer messages. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser's local storage.

The Branches service

This policy covers this website. When a ministry uses Branches to follow up with people who respond, the screens where information is collected explain what is kept and why, in plain words. Branches is designed so that nothing is collected from anyone under 13, a parent or guardian says yes before anything about someone aged 13 to 17 reaches a church or ministry, and only facts a person has agreed to share are passed on, after a person approves the handoff.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A person reads every request.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and revise the date at the top of this page.
